Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • International Orders: 3-5 business days

International:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied at checkout with promotion code or automatic free shipping discount.

Warm-Weather Shipping (Perishable Products)

Some seamoss-based products are temperature-sensitive.

  • We may include insulated packaging or cold packs during warmer months to maintain product quality.
  • Please retrieve your package promptly upon delivery to avoid heat exposure.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first.
  • For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement.

International Shipping

At this time, seamoss.co ships only within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.
